Pandora Sydney – Stylish Quality Jewellery at Great Prices

Pandora Sydney – Stylish Quality Jewellery at Great Prices

Known for its iconic charm bracelets, Pandora has become a household name in Sydney when it comes to modern jewellery. Like its 550+ concept stores worldwide, the Pandora shop in Westfield Sydney at Pitt Street Mall markets an amazing range of hand-finished filigree made from genuine materials.

For such quality and beauty, you could not find a more reasonable price for jewellery anywhere.

In Greek mythology, Pandora may signify vengeance or hate. But the Denmark-based global jeweller has turned the meaning of its brand into something more beautiful and elegant. Indeed, the Pandora Jewellery shop in Sydney is a real-life embodiment of that notion.

Inside the Pitt St Mall Store, laid out inside glass cases are charm beads in every imaginable design and colour, from the dainty flower beads to the cute animal shapes and romantic-themed charms. Some charms even have pearls, enamel and diamond attachments. The charms also represent significant moments in life, which is no wonder why many girls want them as gifts for significant people in their lives or even for themselves.

With a great selection of charms, a custom Pandora bracelet can be designed in a number of different combinations to suit all your heart’s desires. Plus, you can have a charm bracelet created in sterling silver, 14-carat gold, leather or a combination of gold and silver. That means you can make an individual look to match any outfit, allowing you to make a gorgeous fashion statement and spice up every look – whether it is street chic or formal.

The Pandora charm bracelet is also unique and so different from anything else in the market. The patented Pandora thread design makes the clasp appear as a bead when the bracelet is closed.

The friendly sales assistants at the Pandora Jewellery Sydney store will offer to help you choose designs and thread them as you wish. They will also offer suggestions if you are picking a gift for someone.

Pandora’s collection of earrings, necklaces and rings won’t let you down as well. The designs are mostly classic and feminine, but you will also find some bold statement pieces. With a selection as huge as Pandora’s at Sydney CBD, you will be spoilt for choice. That means you have a choice of the very best jewellery at competitive prices.

Besides its stunning products, Pandora also boasts an array of after-sales services, including cleaning and polishing, re-oxidising, scratch removal, ring re-sizing, stone replacement, rhodium plating and necklace shortening. Their policy applies to items bought and received as gifts.

Should you change your mind, you can have your jewellery exchanged for something else at the Pandora Sydney store in Pitt St within 14 days from when you purchased it. Sadly, they don’t give refunds, but at least that is still a better deal than not being able to get a better piece from their store.

Overall, Pandora is a great place to shop if you are looking for fashionable and top-quality jewellery that won’t cost you a fortune.

Yabun Festival 2015

Yabun Festival 2015

We at Pitt St Mall recognise the traditional owners of our land and give our upmost support to events such as the Yabun Festival which promote the beautiful artistic and cultural offerings of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait islander peoples in our wonderful harbour city of Sydney.

The Yabun Festival is Australia’s largest one day showcase of Aboriginal and Torres Strait cultural arts with performances from blues, country, folk, hip hop, pop and traditional artists. Another common favourite for patrons is the spoken word section of the event – where varies indigenous and non-indigenous members of the community share poems and prose highlighting the various dimensions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait islander experience from the time of the Dreaming until the present.

Several prominent headline acts will appear including Jimblah, Benny Walker and Stephen Pigram. The Yabun Festival will also feature more than music with a rich dance program, traditional smoking ceremonies, a Speakout tent, art and craft stalls as well as other activities for the kids.

The event is officially sponsored by the City of Sydney and the price of entry is a gold coin donation. The event will be help on Australia Day Monday from 10am to 7pm at Victoria Park on the Cnr of City Road and Parramatta Road, Camperdown. Camperdown is accessible from a number of bus services running via Pitt and George St so if you would like to spend your Australia Day browsing our wonderful range of shops and retail outlets please feel free to do so – as you will be able to make your way up to the Yabun Festival with ease. Also remember that if you are considering making your way into the city after visiting the festival in the morning, be aware of significant traffic delays as patrons begin to file into the city in order to seek the best vantage point for the Australia Day Fireworks. Therefore we would advise a train from Central Station to Martin Place to minimise delays as bus routes may be crowded.

Australia Day Fireworks in Sydney – 2015

0

Australia Day Fireworks in Sydney – 2015

What would Australia Day be without fireworks? We know how important it is for you to have the best Australia Day possible that’s why we have all the information you need to plan your night with the family or friends to see what tourists flock in their thousands to see on our Sydney harbour foreshore.

Darling Harbour’s Cockle Bay plays host to the Australia Day Fireworks in 2015 – with the event being called the Australia Day Spectacular. The whole Darling Harbour area is involved to create an inspiring multi-media and fireworks display which serves as a fitting finale to national celebrations. This year, international DJ sensation Havana Brown will be providing the music live on stage in the Darling Quarter Precinct followed by a special concert by various acts.

Pyrotechnics, light and laser technology and specially created buoyant sculptures will serve as the backbone to support the main fireworks display with this year more fireworks being used than ever from special positions in Tumbalong Park and across rooftops around Darling Harbour – bringing the show closer to Sydneysiders than ever before.

Food and drinks will be available from various venues and alcohol is not permitted except for licensed venues. There is a full ban on glass and in the event of rain – the performance will go ahead regardless. The Australia Day Spectacular will commence at 7pm and end at 9:15pm with fireworks a chance of occurring in the last half hour of the show. We would advise that the best place to watch the fireworks in Sydney would be Cockle Bay Wharf but to arrive at the venue early to avoid disappointment as crowd numbers are expected to be quite large.

Public transport is the best method of accessing the venue with vantage points being an easy 5-10 minute walk from Pitt St Mall. Light rail is also available to Darling Harbor from Central Station and ferries stop at King Street and Pyrmont Bay Wharves on a regular basis. If driving is a must – there are a number of carparks in the area but hourly charges are in excess of $10 per hour at most venues.
