Biting into the fluffy lavender coloured cloud is a throwback to childhood days, although this marshmallow is certainly much more sophisticated. It is airy and light, melting in your mouth and leaving a flavour that is sweet at first, fruity in the middle and then finishing with a zing of tanginess. It’s also one of the better value options on offer at Becasse Bakery.
