After departing his eponymous label, Italian designer Alessandro Dell’Acqua founded a new venture, No. 21 – his birthday and lucky number – continuing and developing his signature sophisticated, feminine aesthetic. Drawing on his expert knowledge of knitwear and ladylike dresses and separates, combined with his experience with masculine tailoring, Dell’Acqua’s designs for the label show a new freedom and playfulness. Adding beautiful shoes and decorative accessories to the mix, the brand epitomises an elegant, Italian sensibility with a borrowed-from-the-boys spin.
