Luigi from Naples has 15 years experience making wood fired Pizza and has won many awards and pizza making competitions in that time, popular choices are the Vanto (fresh buffalo mozzarella and prosciutto) and the Gamberi (prawns, cherry tomatoes, garlic and chillies).
