Our two brands, Jaspa and Herington, enable us to provide a complete range of bedding products, from standard pillows and quilts to products specially designed for allergy sufferers and therapeutic use.

Where to purchase our products
Our products are sold in major and independent retailers Australia Wide. Including David Jones and Harvey Norman for Herington product and Big W, Harris Scarfe and Spotlight for Jaspa products. We do not sell directly to public as we operate on a wholesale basis.

Product guarantee
The guarantee covers any manufacturing or materials faults or defects. In the event of a fault or defect, each faulty product will need to be assessed on an individual basis. Our guarantee doesn’t cover general wear and tear and for a guarantee to be honored, care instructions must have been followed.

Also, pillows are a very personal choice. Please ensure that you choose carefully as our guarantee does not include individual likes or dislikes. And due to strict Health Regulations, retailers cannot accept returns on pillows due to dissatisfaction with the feel. We strongly recommend that you try the pillow in store before purchasing.
