Gail Elliott, Creative Director and Designer of iconic fashion label, Little Joe Woman is a world renowned supermodel and beauty icon. As a young woman living in New York during the famous ‘supermodel’ era, Gail worked for all the preeminent designers and heralded photographers like Helmet Newtown and Steven Miesel. She has graced the covers of the world’s top fashion magazines and is famous for her sense of style.
After being introduced by mutual friend, Helena Christenson at renowned Sydney nightclub, Kinselas to her husband, Joe Coffey (CEO of Little Joe Woman) Gail fell in love and has called Australia home for over a decade.
After a long and successful career as a model Gail came to appreciate quality, luxury and how beautiful clothes can make a woman feel. Little Joe Woman was inspired by Gail’s need to express her fashion experience and style in a hands on and creative way.
Gail’s early designs struck a chord with her jet-set girlfriends Cindy Crawford, Yasmin Le Bon and Helena Christensen and Little Joe Woman’s reputation for exceptional quality and ‘supermodel style’ was solidified in the Australian and International fashion arena.
