About the Restaurant
Under the skilful guidance of head chef and owner Nino Zoccali The Restaurant Pendolino specialises in regionally-inspired Italian cuisine featuring some of Australia and Italy’s most prestigious extra-virgin olive oils and food and wine products. Beyond these amazing olive oils the Restaurant Pendolino features a range ofartisinal pastas made on the premises in a dedicated pasta kitchen with all pastas made from flour and organic eggs.
About the Caffe and Bar
Whether it be an early morning espresso or an after-work Campari, Caffè Pendolino is the perfect setting to enjoy the ambiance of this magnificent destination and specialises in a range of trattoria-style, provincial Italian food favorites. In the evening the Caffè transforms into an intimate wine bar with a selection of Australian and Italian wines. Caffè Pendolino has been specially designed for flexible use and will be utilised regularly for cooking demonstrations as well as olive oil and wine industry events.
All pasta served in The Caffe is from the Pendolino range of house-made dry pasta.
Pendolino showcases a range of world class Australian premium extra virgin olive oils, vinegars, olives and food products. These are available for sale in our dedicated Olive Oil Store, the Lolioteca.
