Haigh’s Chocolates is Australia’s oldest family owned chocolate maker. We have been making chocolate in Adelaide, South Australia since 1915 and we are committed to the art of premium chocolate making from the cocoa bean.

We are one of a few chocolate manufacturers in the world still making our chocolate from the raw cocoa bean. Roasting and manufacturing our cocoa beans allows us to develop our own unique blends of premium milk and dark chocolate with distinct freshness, aroma, texture and flavour.

Many many of our products continue to made or finished by hand, utilising unique artisan skills.
