Since 1980, Katnook’s Senior Winemaker Wayne Stehbens has crafted wines from fruit with intense varietal and regional integrity. Whilst Cabernet Sauvignon reins king of the region, Katnook produces exceptional Shiraz, Merlot and Pinot Noir in the reds and elegant Chardonnay, Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc. Awards
