“Fresh Sushi Everyday” is our motto. All sushi are prepared on site by our skilfully trained chefs throughout the day. Now in 11 locations around Sydney.

Our signature dishes which appeal to the eyes as well as your palate are Tuna Salad Roll; Fresh Salmon Roll, Crispy Chicken Roll and Tempura Prawn Roll within the Maki Roll category. Otherwise our Seafood Deluxe Box and Assorted Sushi Box are equally popular. Brown rice option is available on request at selected stores for sushi lovers who are looking for a healthful staple with low GI and high fibre option.

Serving sushi is a labour of love between our chefs and our customers. We have bonded by our love of classical sushi and have subsequently created our sublime menu that are full of flavours including six most popular categories inclusive of: Maki Roll, Bento Box, Sashimi & Salad, Inari, Nigiri and Soup.
