Established in 1990, Trippas White Group was formed after Trippas White Catering merged with AIH Group to form one of Australia’s most significant hospitality organisations.

With roots in the industry spanning four decades, Executive Chairman Brien Trippas boasts over 40 years experience. Brien was inducted into the Restaurant and Catering Awards John K Walker Hall of Fame in 2010 for his extraordinary contribution to the industry and is the current President of Restaurant and Catering Association of Australia.
